General Information About Application

Poster and Oral Presentations
The maximum numbers of poster presentations are two for each paid participation fee.
By the approval of the scientific committee, more than one oral presentation can be given for each paid participation fee.

Submitted abstracts in the congress will be reviewed by a member of Scientific Committee of the congress and acceptance of the abstracts will be decided by reviewer’s decision. Scientific Committee will decide your presentation order as poster or oral presentation (15 min) according to scientific content of the abstract.

All Inclusive
All inclusive includes; accommodation of University Guest House, Isparta, Türkiye. ( for 4 nights, breakfasts, lunches, dinners for 4 days, food in beach restaurant, congress book, name tag, coffee and tea breaks during the congress. Transport from airport to hotel will be also free for the participants.

The participants can freely access to all feasibility of the congress such as social activities, drinks, and transport.

Extra possibilities about Registration Fees

*Registration Fees for Spouses of participants/others will be as a Student status stated in the participation fee table. Any logical proof indicating that the person is a participant’s spouse will be accepted. No abstract/full paper will be entertained by them. If they wish to present poster/oral they have to register as participants.

**Children under 11 age considered guests, and will not need to pay registration fee.
***Children 12 age and above considered student, and will need to pay the Student registration fee.

* Students should present their formal studentship document or student id card

Invitation Letter
After payment of registration fee an official paper will be sent to the scientist by e-mail.

Cancel of the participation
If you would inform us until 14 July 2023, 50% of the registration and accommodation fees will be sent back to you.

Registration and Information
Registration and information desk will be set up at 09 a.m. on 5 September 2023 in the registration area of the hotel, and will be open every day between 08 a.m. and 06 p.m. during the congress.

Name Tags
All participants and guests must wear their name tags during the congress for their own safety.

Stand Areas
Exhibition areas which made by sponsors, will be open during the congress.
